What are the shipping times?
All domestic orders are processed within 7-10 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. There may also be some delays due to Covid-19. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
We at Wickham Ave take great care in the packaging of our products, however, if you do receive a defective product we ask that you email us at wickhamavebx@gmail.com to let us know immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
